The Light server is at version 1.20.1 We have voice chat on the server. There are no "residences" (res) on the server. The server can accommodate a maximum of 10 players. Once I buy a new processor, I'll increase the limit. I don't want to unnecessarily restrict mods on the server. The server has a whitelist, so if you want to play, send me a message on DIS with your nickname, and I'll let you know when there's an opening.
