When processing personal data on our portal, we always proceed in accordance with the following legal regulations:

GDPR Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Personal data retention period:

the operator keeps accounting documents for 10 years,

the operator keeps registration data for the duration of the existence of an active user account.
If the data subject cancels their registration, their personal data in the database will be deleted.
If the data subject purchased a digital product and registered on the website for this purpose, their data remain in the operator's database for the duration of the execution of the purchase contract.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to request information about what personal data we hold about you (free of charge once a year). If this data is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or remove this information.

We cannot remove your data if legal regulations on data retention prevent us from doing so, for example, the Accounting Act or other justified reasons, such as outstanding debts.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR), the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to their rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR), you have the right to portability of this data to another controller (Article 20 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that our company proceeds in violation of GDPR when processing personal data (Art. 77 GDPR).
