Hey all, Ryan here.

I'm running a vanilla+ survival server called 8-Bit Gaming. The goal is pretty simple — keep the game feeling like Minecraft, but add a few small things to make it run smoother and keep things fair.

This isn't a minigame server or anything fast-paced. It's a long-term world where people build, explore, and actually stick around.

The server is mostly vanilla survival with a smaller, whitelist-only community. People do their own thing — bases, towns, whatever they feel like. We run occasional events too, like unlocking The End as a group, which tend to be the highlights.

On the plugin side, we have land claiming so your builds stay safe, anti-cheat, and mob stacking mainly for performance reasons.

Day-to-day it's pretty chill. Not sweaty, not chaotic — just people playing survival at their own pace. When events are running it gets a lot more active, but otherwise it's pretty laid back.

Since it's whitelist-only, you'll need to apply to join. Nothing crazy — just a bit about who you are, how you like to play, and what you're looking for. You can apply here: https://8-bitgaming.com/posting.php?mode=post&f=16

If you're after a long-term survival world with a steady group of people, you'll probably fit right in.
